While Machiavelli has been both revered and vilified for his analysis of leadership. His treatise, The Prince, furnishes guidance and warnings regarding various techniques for leading and managing people, building organizations, managing finances, resolving conflicting goals, and achieving objectives, given access to limited resources. This seminar will provide a provocative and entertaining exploration of project leadership and management providing relevance to these lessons of history.
